INAUGURAL CEREMONY. By Telegraph— Press Association —Copyright Received 2.8 a.m., Oct. 7. Melbourne, Oct. 6. Tho Federal High Court was inaugurated in the presence of tho GovernorGeneral, and a large attendance of tho legal fraternity. The Attorneys-Gonoral of tho Commonwealth, New South Wales, and Victoria, congratulated the Judges. After taking the oaths tho Judges expressed their deep sense of the generous congratulations.
