SHIPPING.

The Union Company’s s,s. Tarnwera arrives here this afternoon, and leaves for the South at 7 p.m. Tho s.s. To Anau arrives hero to morrow morning, and leaves for Auckland at 8 a.m.

The Fanny arrives from Napier this morning. The schooner Gisborno’s cargo for this port included 21,000 ft timber and 50 bags lime for Messrs Macltroll and Colley, 14,000 ft totarn and 15 tonß coal for Messrs Clayton Bros,, 15 tons coal for Messrs Bobb Bros., and a large quantity of sundries for various consignees. The scow Hawk (Captain McDermott) arrived from Kaipara yesterday with a cargo of 110,000 ft timber for the Harbor Board and Mossrs Evans, Nield and Co. The s.s.,Tarawera loft Auckland at 5 p,m. yesterday, and is due about the same hour this aftornoon. The last launch will leave the wharf at 7 p.m. The To Anau leaves Napier at 8 p.m., and arrives hero early to morrow. She sails for Auckland at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

The s.s. Herald loaves Wostpcrt at 8 p.m. to-morrow direct for Gisborne, and is due here on Saturday morning. UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY’S MOVEMENTS,,

Btb.—Te Anau arrives from Auckland during the afternoon, and sails for the South. First launch on arrival, last 5 p.m.
