Princess Radizwall sues the late Cecil Rhodes’ trustees for j£1,400,000, basing claims on Rhodes’ alleged agreement with her dated June, 1899, and notes of hand. The declares proceedings at Capetown were a miscarriage of justice, due to the fact that South Africa was under martial law.
