RUSSIA’S THREAT TO ADVANCE ON SEOUL.
By Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright Received 12.19 a.m., Deo. 11. Pekin, Deo. 10. Eight Russian warships, including two battleships and two cruisers, are at Chemulpho.
M. Pavloff, accompanied by the Admiral,, had an audience with the Emperor of Korea, who received a protest against the opening of Yungampho.
Tokio, Dec. 10. It is stated here that tbe Russians threaten to land 3000 troops and advance on Seoul if their'protest is disregarded.
