TO-DAY’S LAND SALES.

THE WHATAUPOKO ESTATE. This morning at 11 o’clock will bo hold the sale by auction of the well-known Whatuupoko Estate. The sale of this property has attracted much attention, and it is hardly necessary at this juncture for us to expatiate ou the advantages of becoming tho possessor of a section of this muchfavored locality, as all dotails have been put in a very conciso form before the public. The Estate has been visited by a largo number of people during the last few days, and a brake load of townspeople visited tho property yesterday. The Bale will be held at McFarlanc’s Hall, 11 o’clock being tho correct time at which this Estate will bo offered, and not 11.30 as announced last evening.

Attention directed to tbe sale o building sections and villa residences in Aberdeen road and Jjytton road to be held to day by Messrs Williams and Kettle at the conclusion of tbe sale of the Whataupoko estate.
