A SOCIALIST PAPER.
(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, last night. The Canterbury College Board of Governors decided to-day, on the easting vote of the chairman, to exclude tho Socialist paper Clarion from the public library, on the ground of its- arguments against Christianity being put in an offensive manner. The matted was debated at length, members expressing very deoided opinions.
