The Russian Government has decided to remove under a deoree conceding liberty of worship the restrictions against Orthodox dissenters, Roman Catholics, Mohamedans, and Buddhists. The religious reforms have been received with enthusiasm as heralding a concession of political liberty.
London, May 1. The Daily Mail’s St. Petersburg correspondent states that no religious reliel has been granted to the Jews.
