Charles Moran, aged 50 years, was killed this evening by being struck by an electric tramoar in North-East Valley. The statement of those who saw the occurrence is to the effect that the man wa3 under the influence of drink, He lurched out from Leith Walk just as the tram was passing, and was knocked down and killed.
