The Japanese Consul’s advices state that the Russian iosses so far as ascertained are six battleships, the Suvarofi, Imperator, Alexander 111., Borodino, Sessoi Veliky Navarin, Oslayba, the cruisers Admiral Nakimoff, Dimitri Denskoi, Vladimir Monamaokh, Svietlana, Jemtehug, two coast defence ships, two special service ships, three destroyers, and the schatka, sunk. Two battleships, two coast defence ships, and one destroyer were captured. The Russian losses altogether are 22 ships with a tonnage of 153,000 tons.
