By Telegraph—PreßS Assooiation— Copy London, June 11. The tricolor has been substituted for the Union flag throughout Norway. Troops and the public cheered heartily. It is not improbable that King Oscar will allow one of his sons to become King of Norway. There have been great demonstrations of loyalty and devotion to King Oscar throughout Swden. Russian newspapers regret that Count Lamsdorff’s diplomacy neglected the opportunity of winning Norwegian sympathies.
