WARNING TO SHIPPING. By telegraph, Press Ass’n, CocyrinhO Reoeived 9.32 p.m., July 10. - Sydney, July 10. A stiff nor’-westerly gale is blowing, and It is bitterly cold. The Observatory predicts heavy weather in the Tasman Sea, and that veesels ooming this way will have a rough time. Heavy rain has fallen inland, resulting in floods at Tumut and Kiandra. Many settlers have been flooded out.
