A clook machine was placed in a cab on Friday, timed to explode as the Sultan descended the steps of the mosque. This is believed to be the work of Macedonians or Bulgarians. Owing to the discovery of much dynamite at Stamboul ail banks have been warned. The Sultan has offered a reward of £IO,OOO.
