In pursuance and oxorcise of tho powers vested in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows—npHAT for the purpose of providing the JL intorest and other obarges on a loan I of £l3O, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Counoil under the provisions of “ The Looal Bodies Loans Aot, 1901,” for completing the Mangamaiaßoad, the said County Counoil do hereby make and levy a special rate of one farthing in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District, comprising— Section 8 of 1 Mangatu 1, Section 6 of 1 Mangatu 1, Parts 4, 5 of 1 Mangatu 1, Section 3 of 1 Mangatu 1, Section 1 of 1 Mangatu 1, Section 2 of 1 Mangatu 1.
