The Trades Union Congress at Henley adopted a resolution declaring that the time was ripe for great efforts on the part of organised labor, directed firstly to obtainiog increased representation in Parliament. The Oongresa expressed appreciation of King Edward’s and President Roosevelt’s efforts for peace.
