AFTERNOON SITTING;
Per, Press Association. Wellington, last night. The Counoil met at 2.30. The Property Law Amendment Bill passed the final stages. The House met at 2.30, The whole afternoon was occupied in disoussing reports from the publio and petitions committee. EVENING SITTING. The House resumed at 7.80.
In committee of supply on the estimates, the vote for the Department of Agrioulculture gave rise to a lengthy disoussion, and was eventually agreed to without alteration.
