At the Lyttelton Magistrate's Court on Saturday Frederick Oilman and Earl Beaman, oonvioled of using threatening insulting aui abusive language to the master of the ship Fleur Delis, and damaging property on tho ship, were fined 40s on the first oharge, and sentenced to one month’s imprisonment on the second. W. B. MathewsoD, second mato of the i vessel, was fined £2 or a month’s imprisonmont for using threatening and abusive language to tho oaptain, and a further £2 or two days’ imprisonment for having wilfully disobeyed lawful com* mauds.
