(Per Press Association.) Tim-iru. last night. The Timaru show opened to day in dull and showery wenthor. The attendance,as usual on the first day, was sina'l. Only part of the judging was taken io-day. Prices went moisly to locsl exhibitors. Ensor Bros., North Canterbury, were the principal peze takers in rneiii os; D. Grant, English Leicester rain and ewe; R. Kelly, Border Leicester ; H. N. Orbell, Baropshires; R. Parry, W. Hay, and J. Withell, Corriedalee.; Stringfellow, Ensor Bros, and J. Small were the principal prizewinners in draught horses. The weather is threatening for People’s Da;.
