CONCLUSIVE TRIALS.
By telegraphy Press 'A'sa’n,. Copyright Paris. Oct. 27. M. Lebandy’s steerable balloon ascended 15,000 feet at Paris, travelling 80 feet per second against the wind, and was easily directed. Military officers are, amazed aud consider the trials conclusive.
