HAWERA SHOW.
(Per Press Association.) Hawera, last night. The attendance on the second day of the show was spoiled by bad weather. Still a large number wero present. There ' was a splendid exhibition of horses and oattle, while sheep showed a great improvement upon last year. There was a big Bhow of implements. The jumping was good. The additional championships were: Draught entire, A. Alexander’s Knight of tbe Thistle; thoroughbred entire, J. O’Brion’e Obligado ; mare, G. F. Moore's Helen ; Portland maiden hunter oompetitioo, D. H. Rosb'b Midnight; pony leaping, Mrs J. Campbell’s Czarina ; hunting, J. Coombs’s Duchess ; leaping, H. G. F. Moore’s Hignon ; wire jumping, I W. Paterson’s Welshman. j
