(THE LONDON WOOL MARKET*
By telegraph', Press Aes’n, Copyright London, Dec. 7. At the wool sales the average price realised for the fleece portion of Blackhead olip was 12^d. Eight thousand five hundred ■ quarters of Victorian December wheat sold at 32s 61, and 12,000 quarters of December to January at 32 ■. Wool is brisk of sale. All soils of prices are well maintained. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. There was a largo a'tendance of buyers at to-day’s wool Bales. Compared with prices at last salos prices for lower grades were £1 to Id lower; floe quality orosobreds wero £1 lower. Rauge cf prices: Fine Romney lustrous and wo'l skitted'lOd lo ll£d, medium Romnoy and orossbred 9d to 9£d, coarse crossbred B£d to 9d, log-stained and inferior 7Jd to B£d, pieces 5d to hceks 3£d to 4Jd.
