COOK COUNTY COUNCIL'. A SPECIAL ORDER, Made on the 22nd day of November, 1905. To be confirmed on SATUBDAY, 6th day of January, 1906. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers ve’tid in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” and “The Counties Act, 1886,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: « That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £350, authorired to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of “The Looal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for Forming a Boad from Te Aroha Woolshed to Mills’ Homestead, the raid Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Bate of Two-fifths of a Penny in the £1 upon the Ratable Valuation of all Eatable Property of the Aroha Loan District No. 2, comprising Qkahuitiu 2C, sections 1,4; Okahuatiu 20, section 2; Okahuatiu 2D, 1,2 A, 3,2 B; and that such Ppeoial Rate thall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of January and the Ist day of July in each and every year during a period tqual to the currency of such loan, being a period of 26 years or until the loin is fully paid oif, the rats of interest to be 5 per cent."
