In the House of Commons Mr rVinston Churchill stated that the rlovernment were by no means prejared to regard the Transvaal’s underaking to make a war contribution of ihirty millions as an obligation to be ightly set aside. Several supporters of retaliation have joined the Eree Pooders’ group.
