Melbourne, May 10. The Court found Captain Butcher, master of the steamer Aramac, guilty Ot careless navigation in connection wilt .he collision with the Nentes. In coneidera tion of Captain Butcher s previous good record tbo Court refrained from dealing with his certificate, but cautioned him.
