NONCONFORMISTS TO RESIST CONCESSIONS.

A oommitloe of Nonconformist members of the House of Commons informed Mr Birrell that they would resist any extension of concessions under the fourfifths clause, either in the direction of m-iking the action of local authorities obligatory, or giviog denominations the right to appoint teachers.
