London, July 7. Sir Edward Grey, M. Tittoni, Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs, and M. Oambon, Frenoh Ambassador in London, have agreed to an arrangement upholding the statue quo in Abyssinia, and defining railway and oommeiolel right l , The agreement will be submitted to King Menelik.
The arbitrators appointed to deal with the taking over of the Singapore dook have arranged that the Straits Settlements Goyernment shall pay the Singapore Dook Company £8,307,000 sterling.
