Latily the pdioo have summoned some of our most reepeotablo hotelkeepers for a broach of Ibo lioensiog law by neglecting to defaoe labels. If that is a crime it should be punished ; if it is no crime the polico should be punished for putting honoat business men to trouble aad expense without giving a hearing by the police withdrawing the several charges with the Magis'nto’s approval without
