TROOPS RACE TO OCCUPY AN OASIS.

A serious dispute has arisen between France and Turkey regarding the Saharan oasis of Djanet, which was transferred to France under the Anglo-French convention, and which Turkey never recognised. Tunis correspondents state that both tho French and Turkish troops arc racing to occupy it.
