HOME RULE.
PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT London, Sept. 12. The Dublin Evening Mail states in com nection with the forthcoming Home Rule that the Government is obtaining possession of the Bank of Ireland, which was formerly the Irish Parliament House, with a view to converting it into the Assembly House for the Irish Council.
