TRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Bt. Petersburg, Bept. 24. Tho crew of the J apanese fishing vessel Kayctsumara, numbering eleven, arrested for poaching at Worouki, Kamscliatka, killed a Russian lieutenant. The Cossacks, retaliating, killed the crew and burned the vessel.
