PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Reoeived 11,38 p.m,, Nov. 13. London, Nov. 13. Ex-Lord Mayor Newlon, at Guildhall, strongly animadverted on the German Consul's statement that he had not fuoda to repatriate a Btranded German unable to speak Eoglish, but would try to find him work. The Magistrate emphasised that other Consulates repatriated subjects.
