Sydney, Nov. 20 Hugh Oxcnham, the well-known bookmaker, lias commenced business as auctioneer. In his opening sale he disposed of the furniture of the defunct Carlton Club. He mentioned that owing to the operation of the Betting Act he would have in future a good deal of leisure time, and it occurred to him that he might profitably employ it as an auctioneer,
