AVaikaro is a lake of islands, no less than six being encircled by its calm waters There is forest on all those to the water’s edge, and the smaller lake, like the “Star,” is surrounded by nativo hush. The little hays possess white shelly or sandy beaches. Ono seems to bo in some fairyland of sweot romance, where whisperings are heard in the rustle of tho forest loavos and tlie ripple and murmur of many waters. Raising the echoes is one of tho amusements of picnickers, and gay excursionists. It is needless to say that there are countless charming spot's in which to camp.
