The U.S.S. Co.’s Talune arrived from Napier and South yesterday morning, niul proceeded to Auckland. Passengers from South: Misses Monahan, Derig. Peter, Johnston, Church, Skillicorn ; Mosdames "W ade, Monckton, Drady, JlcDonald and child. Crowley and two children, Sim, Uosant and two children, Church, Reynolds; Messrs Brown, Slater, "Wilson, Ulrich, Connolly, McTaggart, Sinter. Wade, Sherrntt (2), Brady, Millies, Salniond, McLaren, Lomas, SherrilF, White (2). A\ arren, Holt, Colebrook, Sigg.s, . Crawley, Roberts. Reynolds, Murphy, Gush, Lawrence, Parnell, Busby, "Williams, Murphy, Gouldie, Lysnar, Justice Sim, and 4-1 steorago. The s.s. Fanny arrived from Napier at 5 a.m. yesterday, bringing 3166 feet; of timber for Clayton Bros., 972 feet for ltupas and Neville, 996 feet for Jlaisman and Son, and a few tons miscellaneous cargo. Ihe tessol left early this morning for Napier, via Tawapata, to pick up wool at the latter place. The barquentino Frank Guy lelt"Westport for Gisborne direct with about 250 tons of coal, on Sunday afternoon, and is expected about Monday or Tuesday next. The U.S.S. Co’s. Squall left Napier at 4.00 p.m. yesterday, arrives this morning, and proceeds to 'lolagn Bay and Auckland at 3 p.m. The N.Z. Shipping Co’s. s.s. Opnwa arrives this morning from Auckland to load for London. The vessel is expected to leave" for W ellington tonight. The U.S.S. Co’s. Alokoia arrives from Napier and South to-morrow afternoon and proceeds to Auckland. Last launch 5 p.m. (meantime.)

TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. YESTERDAY. Auckland: Sailed, 6.45 a.m., Opawa, for Gisborne; arrived, 3.15 p.m., Karamea, from Gisborne. East Cape: Schooners Kaeo and Kereru passed south at 8 a.m.; a large cargo steamer passed south at 11.15 a.m.; Talune passed north 4.45 p.m.
Napier: Arrived, 8.30 a.m., Victoria, from Gisborne; sailed, 4.50 p.m., Squall, for Gisborne., Wellington: Arrived, 11.25 a.m., Athenic, from London, via jlobart.
