NOTICE is horo'dy given that at n Special Mooting of tlio Gislioino Borough Council, hold on tho 12th day of March, 1907, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that tho Borough Council make a By-law nndor "Tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” tho object and purport of which By-laws are as follows : Tho By-law is divided into 20 parts, numbered from 1 to 20 inclusive, each of which part is divided into sections or subsections. . Part I.—lnterpretation. Part ll.—Penalties. Part 111. —Rogulating procedings at Meetings, etc. Pal-t IV.—ln respect of Streets generally. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of tho Council, to .be held on the 9th day of April, 1907, at 7.30 p.m. A copy of tho proposed Special Order and By-law is deposited at tho Borough Council Offices, Lowe Street, Gisborne, whore tho same will lie for public inspection during office hours until tho said confirming meeting is held. COQK COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. Made on 22nd day of March 1907. To be confirmed on 24th clay of April, 1907. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901, the Cook County Council hereby resolves as follows :—- That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges oil a loan of £BOO authorised to bo raised by the Cook County Council under tlie above-mentioned Act for restoring Ngatapa road £boo, constructing bridge and forniaton Aroha Creek, £3OO, the said Cook County .
