In the House of Commons Mr. Edmund Robertfeon, secretary to the Admiralty, announced that a • paper relating to the Australasian naval agreement would shortly be published. No action would be taken until the-colonial Parliaments’ assent was obtained to the proposed changes. Unless the changes are ratified the agreement of 1902 will continue in operation till 1910.
