DUNEDIN, last night,
Mr. Donald lloid, M.Ii.R., for Taieri,delivered an address at Mosgiel to-night to his constituents on the Land Bill, in answer to an address given by Mr. Geo. Laurenson the ' wools before. At the conclusion of the mooting a resolution was passed affirming that no Land Bill would bo satisfactory without giving the option of the freehold.
