AUCKLAND, last night. The cases Against the Auckland Harbor Board in collection with the recent Calliope doc J k accident will be taken at the Supreme Court on Monda v next, the total amount involved being £21,288 3s. In the Shaw, Savill and Albion’s case, in which £15,000 is claimed, a very strong bar has been engaged, those apearing being Messrs l l ’. Earl and H. Gully (of Wellington) for plaintiff company, and Messrs C. P. Skerrett, K.C. (of Wellington), Thomas Cotter and R. McVeagh for the Harbor Board. It is understood that expert evidence from Australia will ho called.
