Provincial Hotel this morning, where Webb was presented with a purse of sovereigns bv the Mayor oil behalf of the .sculler’s admirers. Eulogistic speeches were made by the Mayor and member for flip district. Webb is accompanied. by! Jils trainer. J. D. Barrett.
