Labor Union agents, living in tho cities, continually stir up strife in the country districts, and make demands upon country industries, which if acceded-to, would ruin them.

These rocurring demands do not emanate f from country woricors, but come direct -from tlio' cities. Wo, therefore, pray that you will take tho iiooessary stops to have tho Act ropoaled, or so amended, that in the country districts it shall he mado permissive, the enforcement, or repeal, of its provisions being dependent. on. a vote of tho tradesmen and workers concerned.
