DUNEDIN, yesterday.. A four-roomed wooden house in South Dunedin, owned and occupied by Arthur Powlett, was burned, down at 3 o’clock tliis morning. The supposed caxise is clothes left drying m the kitchen. There was an insurance in the. South British of £2QO on the house and £75 .on the furniture.
