MAGISTRATE TQ_BE PROSECUTED. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, June 19. In the House of Commons Mr, Birrell, in reply to a question, announced that it was intended to prosecute Kelly, the Irish magistrate, in connection with his speech, cabled on the ,14th.
