TERRITORIAL FORCE APPROVED United Press Association —Cop /right LONDON, Jui/j 20. In the House of Commons, Mr. Ha dane’s Army Bill, providing for. a territorial force, was read a third time by 386 to 63. The minority consisted chiefly of members of the Labor and Irish parties.
