'Tlie ■ parchment' scroll, to be sunk into the memorial fountain to the ' date Mrs SievWriglit, will contain the ' signatures of the following :—Mem- ■! ■ bers of the Borough Council, County 'Council, Harbor Board, Hospital Trustees, Licensing Bench, M.H.lt.’s, 'Justices of the Peace, ministers of religion, bankers, merchants, lawyers, High School Board of Governors, school committeemen, and the Memorial Committee'. The Acts which have been passed since the women’s franchise was granted for the good of women and children will be attached. Tho list includes Acts in reference to the following : Divorce, Female Law Pfactitinners, Married Persons,; Suminaw Separation, ; Midwives, Adoption of Children, Legitimation Act and Amendment.
