THE HAGUE, July 4. At the Peace Convention China supports Britian’s proposal to restrict the employment of enchored submarine mines and abolish floating mines. It was stated that hundreds of Chinese fishermen and sailors perished through submarine mines during the Russo-Japanese war. -
