United Press Association—Copyright MELBOURNE/ July 9. 'YValdemar >Sax, who hails from Siberia. addressing a Socialist meeting, characterised the Governor-General as tile chief murderer and loafer. Detectives, police officials, l and other officials in authority were also condemned as loafers. Ho declared he came from Russia to help the people of Australia. For his verbal outburst* he elected to go to gaol instead of paying the fine imposed.
