ANOTHER BOMB OUTRAGE. United Press Association —Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. General Alikhanoff, a former governor of Tiflis, was driving at Alexandra jiliol with, his son, General Glieboff, and the latter’s wife and daughter. Two bombs were thrown, which killed' General Alikhanoff, Madame Glieboff. and the eoaelunan, and injured tlie others.
