Received July 28, 4.22 p.m. LONDON, July 27. The King and Queen opened the new buildings for the University College School at Frognal. Miss Ada Crossley sang the National Anthem. Mr. Byron Monkswill read the Council s address, dwelling on the fact that the school for three-quarters oi a century had been a nursing mother to men who plaved a conspicuous part in the moulding of the destinies of the Empire. King Edward replied that he was confident the youth of tho nation was full of .promise. He was gratified to hear that the great colonies recognise the excellence of British schools, and are anxious where possible to send children Home.
