The Daily -Mail’s Tangier correspondent reports that Rainuli, in an ultimatum to Mr. Lowtlier, British .Minister, threatens to remove Sir Harry Maclean to a distance unless his demands are instantly complied with. PARIS, August 15. A French destroyer has been sent to Larache to reassure the European residents there. French newspapers complain of the limitations of instructions of Spanish troops in Morocco creating a conflict of authority and dual command. Received August 16, 11.25 p.m. MOROCCO, August 16. Maclean lias been conveyed to the border of the Beniaros territory. The French have created an excellent impression by rebuilding the Mosque Tower partially destroyed by the bombardment of Casablanca.
