(Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, August liT The Socialistic movement continues to make headway ' ere. Mr. A. ItBarclay addressed a meeting at His Majesty’s Theatre last nisrlit, his subject being “The Coming Change.” The building was crowded in every part, and at the conclusion of the address, which was heartily applauded, a unanimous vote of thanks was accorded to the speaker.
