Marslibank’s parents who were in Auckland to see if they would find the bail. He asked for on adjournment' until Friday morning. ■ His Worship granted the adjournment. In the case of the accused . Rnmage Mr. Lysnar said he wished to plead guilty to the charge. - 'Hia." Worship said that be thought the accused had taken a very wise course in pleading guilty. The accused Raniage was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, hail being allowed himself in £lO, two sureties of £lO, or one of £2O.
